CAST teaches your staff how to recognize when a customer is intoxicated or underage. In addition to preventing the illegal sale of alcohol, store employees learn how to handle intoxicated customers and keep them from harming themselves and others. CAST is available in two convenient formats, providing retailers and distributors a cost-effective option to alcohol sales training.
- Self-Taught Trainer Option
A participant is certified as a CAST trainer through a Self-Taught Trainer Kit. Newly certified trainers then conduct seller sessions in which they certify sellers in the CAST program. The trainer kit includes 5 certification workbooks, a Trainer Guide, and a participant video.
- Self-Taught Seller Option
The Self-Taught Seller Kit is available in a video/text format for owner/managers and will include information/certification for five sellers. The seller kit includes 5 certification workbooks and a participant video.
