  • The cost of a registration for a course includes the right to take a course, and retake it in event of failing the certification exam. If a course certification exam is failed twice the registrant must purchase another attempt in order to take it again.
  • All orders received after 12:30 p.m. EST will go out the following business day.
  • For RUSH ORDERS, SATURDAY DELIVERIES, and NEXT DAY EARLY A.M. DELIVERIES please contact your Account Manager at 1-800-438-8477 or sales@gettips.com. We accept rush orders up until 12:30 p.m. EST; however, these orders MUST ship NEXT DAY AIR and incur a $25 PM Rush Fee IN ADDITION TO THE SHIPPING CHARGE ITSELF.
  • We do NOT accept returns. All sales are final.
  • All materials are usually shipped via UPS. However, we reserve the right to ship materials using a variety of carriers.
  • Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and AP/FPO addresses.
  • Next Day Air MAY NOT be available in some regions.
  • Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air service are guaranteed by UPS.
  • 3rd Day Air service is NOT guaranteed.
  • UPS imposes an additional fee for Next Day Saturday Delivery.
