Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) is the State of Illinois' mandatory responsible beverage seller/server program. TIPS is an approved BASSET training provider. By successfully completing a TIPS course, you will receive dual certification (TIPS and BASSET)
