Acceptable Forms of ID Valid New Jersey driver's license, or any state-issued driver's license or federal photo ID, or an official photo identification card issued by any state or the federal government; or written representation of age form. It is not required for someone to have an identification card on their person in order to be served alcohol, but licensee must require identification to establish a legal defense.
