Requirements Training is required for anyone who serves or sells alcohol in Clark and Washoe Counties, and Carson City.
Certification Certification is valid for 4 years.

Notes on Selling or Serving It is unlawful for any of the following persons to be employed in, engage in, participate in, or supervise the retail sales of alcoholic beverages for on or off premises consumption without having in his or her possession a valid work card for alcoholic beverages.
Dram Shop Liability Laws Nevada does not have a Dram Shop law, but some local jurisdictions may.
Acceptable Forms of ID Bona fide documentary evidence of the majority and identity of the person issued by a federal, state, county or municipal government, or subdivision or agency thereof. These include but are not limited to valid driver's licenses and military IDs with a photograph.
